Terms and conditions for using ROVAIP Studio services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ROVAIP Studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Description of Service
ROVAIP Studio provides AI-powered architectural visualization services that transform your images into design concepts. Our services include interior and exterior design visualization, image generation, and related tools available through our platform.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Credit System and Payments
Our services run on credits. A subscription includes a monthly credit allowance that refreshes at the start of each billing period; unused allowance credits do not carry over unless your plan states otherwise. When your allowance is used up you may purchase additional top-up credits, which remain available for as long as your account is active. Credit consumption rates and current prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are not yet available; until they are, no payment is taken and no purchase is made. Credits already consumed are non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable law, including the mandatory consumer rights described below. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.
User Content and Uploads
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
AI-Generated Content
Images generated using our AI services are provided to you for commercial and personal use. You receive full usage rights to the generated outputs. However, we do not guarantee that generated content is free from similarities to existing works, and you are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of generated content.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services to: generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content; infringe on intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems; use automated systems to access our services without permission; or engage in any activity that could damage or impair our services.
Intellectual Property
The ROVAIP Studio platform, including its design, features, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROVAIP Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, where ROVAIP is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Language
These Terms are published in several languages. The English version is the reference text; the other versions are provided for convenience and, in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails. This does not affect any mandatory right you have to be addressed in your own language as a consumer.
